Where to shop

You'll find our products on Amazon.co.za and Bob Shop. You order and pay on the marketplace, which handles checkout, payment security and its own buyer protection. We pack your order and ship it from South Africa.

How marketplace orders work

  1. Order and pay on Amazon.co.za or Bob Shop.
  2. We dispatch from South Africa, usually within about 3 business days.
  3. Track your order in your marketplace account.
  4. Returns and refunds go through the marketplace, in line with its policy and the Consumer Protection Act.
